Hi fellow travellers,
Just writing with a word of advice regarding a company that I used.
The name of the company is BRIGHTON TRAVEL (Buenos Aires - they have an advertisement on this site) - I used them for a flight from Buenos Aires to Pittsburgh and being their customer was basically just a comedy of errors. After being given the run around for over a month regarding the ticket, they finally gave me it with the wrong dates - I asked if they could change it (to the dates I had asked for and the dates they'd quoted) and they agreed to do so, but failed to pay LanChile - meaning I arrived at the airport with a ticket that was not paid for.
They are refusing to refund me, and I'm making a claim against them with the Consumer Association here in Argentina.
Just a warning...
